REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We do not give refunds. Once you’ve paid for the month, you have access to tons of valuable, high-quality content, immediately from the community and the live classes. If you decide for whatever reason RAM TRADING ACADEMY is not for you, you can cancel your paid subscription or ask us and we will do it for you. Keep in mind it may take up to a week for a cancellation request to be processed.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

We do not give refunds. Once you have paid for your Private Session, you may change the occurrence of your session a total of 2 times. We do ask for notice of a minimum of 24 hours for a change of session request. We do understand sometimes last minute things happen you may email us either way at Brent@raminvesting.com and request a change of that day’s session.

LIVE CLASSES – PIPPIN FRIDAYS

In conjunction with studying on your own, you should come to the live team classes so you can ask questions and get a deeper, more intricate understanding of the markets. We host all our classes on Zoom. Every Friday, we post the ID for the upcoming classes in the Member Community along with instructions for how to get into the webinar. Every Sunday, we will send you an email with a link to those posts.

OUR TRADING HOURS

As you all know you can trade in this market 24 hours a day. You will find that we are most active during the Pre-London trading hours. The trades are taking place most nights between 1 am – 5 am ET.

TRADE SETUPS

This is in your Group section entitled, TRADE SETUPS. I will post these setups up in preparation for London Session. You may see a variation of time for these postings dependent on the market movement.

Please note: We encourage all members to post their personal markups so they can be reviewed and more experienced traders can help and give feedback. When posting these, please mark them appropriately (i.e. posting for feedback). However, we want to remind you that RAM TRADING ACADEMY mentors put a lot of work in to put these setups out. We go through a lengthy process to ensure that we are only providing the highest quality setups that the market allows.

The only ones who are approved and verified by RAM TRADING ACADEMY to put these setups out are currently only me.

If anyone other than me posts trade setups with the intention of leading others into a trade position, your post will be removed immediately, and RAM TRADING ACADEMY reserves the right to remove you from the community just as fast. We take this very seriously and strive to maintain the highest level of safety and protection of our students and their investments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at Brent@raminvesting.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Brent@raminvesting.com and you should follow the return instructions in the packaging.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should follow the return instructions in the packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no garuntee that we will receive your returned item.
